Teach Spanish in Elementary Schools with Futura!
We are Seeking Dynamic Part-Time Spanish Instructors to Join Our Growing Company in Madison, Wisconsin
Futura Language Professionals is a trusted Spanish-language provider in the Madison area. Since 2001, we have taught Spanish to lots of children through our trademarked Building Block Method of Learning®. As we continue to rapidly grow, we are seeking reliable, dynamic bilingual teachers with child-friendly personalities to join our exclusive team of Spanish instructors.
We are currently recruiting candidates for our Enrichment Spanish teaching positions before and after the elementary school day hours for this upcoming Fall 2025/Spring 2026 semester.
- It is a great way to gain extra income and have as a resume builder for anybody who wants to work with the Spanish language or kids in the future.
- It requires little preparation beforehand since we provide all the class outlines and materials for the whole program!

It is also a short commitment period which can be beneficial to not add stress throughout the semester and during finals.

Here are the specifics of the Enrichment position:
Part-time hours: Typically, 1-6 hours per week; one-hour classes (depending on your availability and your location), total of 16 weeks of classes per semester
Pay rate: $30/hour
Schedule: Classes typically run before school (usually between 8:00-9:50am) and/or after school (ranging between 1:30-4:20pm)
Training: We offer paid training with our team of language builders.
Start date: Classes begin in early October. The program will pause for winter break from mid-December through January and will resume in February, continuing until April.
*In person locations include: Madison city (near UW Campus), Shorewood Hills, Monona, McFarland, Oregon, Sun Prairie, DeForest, Middleton, Verona, Cottage Grove, Mt.Horeb, etc.

Requirements:

At least a college sophomore (unless the candidate has experience working or volunteering with children or in an educational setting)

A minimum of Spanish proficiency

Passion for working with children

An ability to self-motivate

Dedication and reliability
- Teaching experience not required but experience of working with children in any capacity is great
