Finnish

Studying Finnish aids in learning more about Finland, a country with one of the world’s best educational systems, a dynamic embrace of high-tech industries, and a conscious commitment to ecological sustainability. Knowledge of Finnish can lead to careers in Finland or elsewhere in the Nordic countries. While most Finnish speakers reside in Finland, some of the 5 million speakers reside in other Scandinavian countries, Russia, and the United States.
