Russian Flagship Program

UW–Madison is proud to host the Russian Flagship Program, which prepares students in any major with professional language and cultural proficiency for careers in national security and other international fields, taking their place among the next generation of global professionals.

The Language Flagship is a partnership between government and higher education with the goal of changing and improving the teaching and learning of languages that are critical to U.S. national security and economic competitiveness.
